LOST WISDOM-LOBOTOMIZED REHEARSALS(MINI-CD-ÅNGBÅT RECORDS)

Jag kommer ju från Uddevalla från början och det är alltid kul att höra band från min gamla hemstad och visa att det finns mer band därifrån än Straw Dogs. Det börjar med Death Row som är en riktigt snabb låt där många influenser samsas. Det är punk hardcore en gnutta metal. Stökig musik är det i alla fall och  jag uppskattar det riktigt mycket. Jag gillar när tre personer kan låta så mycket och skivan fortsätter i samma stil med den korta och snabba Ain´t got no time to fear. Bite your tongue är en lugnare sak även om den är riktigt tuff och det är helt klart svårt att sitta still till deras musik som jag inte kan sätta i ett fack och det är säkert deras mening. Jag älskar den inledande basen på Do it och när låten sätter igång märker jag ganska snabbt att detta är min favoritlåt på skivan. Så stökig och skön! Svårt att förstå att de bara är tre! Deficient time markerar deras kärlek till stökig musik och jag tycker mig höra ett tuffare Wedding Present , Pixies och Sonic Youth på samma gång. Näst sista låten Camel Ass Trick verkar vara inspelad live och är kanske svårare att skriva om men det låter intressant. Sista låten kallas för Schnöös och även den verkar vara live men som helhet är det en intressant grupp…helt klart! 11/1-2022

I come from Uddevalla from the beginning and it's always fun to hear bands from my old hometown and show that there are more bands from there than Straw Dogs. It starts with Death Row which is a really fast song where many influences come together. It's punk hardcore a touch of metal. It's a lot of music and I really appreciate it. I like it when three people can sound so much and the record continues in the same style with the short and fast Ain't got no time to fear. Bite your tongue is a quieter thing even though it's really tough and it's clearly hard to sit still to their music that I can't put in a genre and that's certainly their opinion. I love the opening bass on Do it and when the song starts I notice pretty quickly that this is my favorite song on the record. So much sounds and nice! It's hard to believe there are only three of them. Deficient time marks their love of distorted music and I find myself hearing a tougher Wedding Present, Pixies and Sonic Youth at the same time. The penultimate song Camel Ass Trick seems to be recorded live and is perhaps harder to write about but it sounds interesting. The last song is called Schnöös and it also seems to be live but as a whole it is an interesting group... Clearly! 11/1-2022
